**Stevenage - Hybrid Working**

**Full Time Position - Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours per week**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the HR team to oversee HR administration processes, payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulation
- External and Internal Recruitment
- Manage payroll data accuracy for all employees, including new starters, leavers, and timesheet calculations
- Provide guidance, and support to wider staffing teams, ensuring adherence to operational policies and standards
- Lead corrective action initiatives and departmental process improvements in collaboration with department supervisors
- Support HR Manager with strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations

**Qualifications**:

- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries
- Extensive knowledge of employment relations especially case work on Disciplinary, Grievances, Capability and Absence Management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel to different locations as required
