**The Company**

**The Role**

The primary role of the Payroll Lead is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department and support the payroll team. Management experience is essential. They will be working within a fast-paced environment to deliver a variety of Umbrella, Deemed and Client payrolls along with CIS payments to meet the needs of the clients.

The Payroll Lead will manage a team of approximately 6 people, including Payroll Administrators and Senior Payroll Administrator. Strong technical knowledge is required to provide support to the team and to be able to contribute to the continuous development of our bespoke payroll system.

- Extensive Payroll Experience
- Previous Management Experience
- High Volume Transaction Processing
- Strong Excel and Outlook Skills

**Salary & Benefits**
