**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various void and live properties
- Supervise and lead small teams during repair projects if required
- Execute mechanical repairs, including welding tasks as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain an organised work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles.
- Leadership skills with experience in supervising teams or projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Pay: £15.00-£22.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
