**About this role**

Day to Day work will include:

- Production of items via Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Produce accurate documentation to deadlines including proof reading.
- Produce tenancy agreements and all other associated paperwork.
- Chase reference reports.
- Compilation and maintenances of databases.
- Handle invoicing and accounts for the teams.
- Open new job files and maintain accurate documentation on file throughout the job including archiving as appropriate.
- Client liaison, where possible responding to client enquiries with the ability to problem solve minor matters without supervision or assistance.
- Liaison with other Savills offices and departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date diaries.
- Arrange meetings in a timely and courteous manner.
- Binding and distribution of reports.
- Answer the telephone in a professional manner and redirect or take a message efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and archiving.
- Ability to produce mail merge.
- To assist with shared support jobs throughout the office

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time. Training will be provided.

**About the Team**

The central property management team are a team of Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers, Team Leaders and our Head of Department, working in our vibrant lettings head office in Richmond, you will be sitting along-side, amongst others, our tenancy progression team, client services, accounts and renewals. Our colleagues work in a supportive and collaborative environment providing a great opportunity for you to reach your full potential, which in turn benefits the lettings journey for both landlords and tenants.

**How you’ll make an impact**

Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an Apprentice. You will need the ability to manage a varied workload working as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative, and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your team and clients.

You will need to be confidential in required situations. Have confidence when liaising at all levels both internally and externally. Good attention to detail. To be pro-active and have the ability to work flexibly. To be a team player and maintain a professional manner at all times. To have enthusiasm to do a high quality job at all times. To be a good timekeeper and have lettings knowledge preferred but not essential.

English and Maths GCSE grade 4 and above is a mandatory requirement.

We will also look for proven IT skills when using Microsoft Office Packages - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.

**Training**

Data Essentials Level 3. Full training and support will be given.

**Career development**

We will provide the full suite of Savills training programme including mandatory health and safety and office training.

We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
