We are currently recruiting a Multi-Trade Operative for an expanding maintenance team within a successful national housing association that is committed to providing firm foundations for life. The focus will be to undertake any painting duties as requested by your Team Leader and maintain the properties to a high standard.

The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include but not limited to: - Maintain existing paint surfaces through matching and tinting of appropriate paint products, prepping surfaces. Deciding the number of paint coats needed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Decorating
- General clearing work
- Repair and lay flooring.

**The Multi-Trade Operative will have**: - Full UK driving licence.
- At least 2 consecutive years' experience of working in the industry.
- Good people skills.
- Drive to achieve challenging targets and objectives.
