Social Media Executive

As we continue to expand our business in different fields, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Social Media Executive. We are looking for a highly self-motivated and directed individual who has experience working on their own and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

The role includes day to day running of the social media accounts. You will look after the scheduling and launch of key social media campaigns to support wider business objectives.

This role will also work with the wider marketing team to ensure an increase in relevant and effective social media campaigns and messaging.
- Creating and posting unique, high-quality content to promote interaction between our audiences
- Ensure a regular flow of creative, on-brand and business-driven content
- Understanding of business areas, objectives and be able to create engaging, relevant and eye catching content
- Source and negotiate content partnership opportunities with elite influencers, celebrities and other companies
- Working through new and existing photography and video content and transforming them into various useful assets for the Communications Team
- Create new social media channels, pages etc when required
- Researching current social and market trends
- Blog/news creation for website & drive traffic to website
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing first contact resolution of customer issues via Twitter, LinkedIn and other social channels
- Create a (3 monthly) social media marketing plan
- Creating content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation
- Manage weekly and monthly social media budgets
- Proposing new ideas and concepts for social media content
- Working with team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy
- Able to create video content to use across social media channels
- Reporting on the activity and performance of all the Company’s social platforms to the Marketing Manager and Support Team.
- Supporting the Marketing Support Team in general administrative tasks and answering the telephone
- Able to use social media management software programs

You must have love for and depth of experience with social media platforms, such as
Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
