**Senior Project Manager**

**Location: Amesbury (Hybrid Working Available)**

**Contract Length: 12 months**

**Rate: £500 per/day (Inside IR35)**

My client is looking to hire a senior project Manager that is able to deliver high value or complex engineering projects within the UK.

This role may suit a project engineer that has been working on large projects within the Defence and aerospace sectors

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivery of high value (£5m per annum) or complex projects.
- Delivery of the project outputs, to agreed baseline (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales).
- Ensuring project members operate in line with the Operating Framework & functional competency management requirements.
- Maintenance of forecasts (both financial and resource demand signal) for sales and delivery which reflects the up-to-date expectations for the work.
- Application of governance requirements (including lifecycle, project & independent reviews as appropriate) for foundation sales and delivery work.

**Criteria**:

- Experience gained, typically rather than necessarily, between 3-5 years of leading a business, projects, programmes, portfolios or P3 function and successfully delivering complex projects
- Demonstrable capability to International Project Management Association Level B
- Experience delivering projects to up to 3 different customers.
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in appropriate discipline - (Desirable)
- Hold a recognised PM qualification (APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ or Prince2) - (Desirable)
- Experience in Defence, Aerospace, or other closely related sectors - (Desirable)
- BPSS (required)
- SC Clearance - (Desirable)
