**Meet Our Client**

We are looking for compassionate and reliable healthcare assistants to provide 1:1 support overnight for a young girl with complex health needs.

She finds comfort in being spoken to and engages through facial expressions, which helps indicate changes in her clinical needs. Building this connection is an important part of her care ensuring she feels safe and supported throughout the night.

You will work closely with her through the night, providing comfort, reassurance, and support with her clinical care. This includes monitoring her wellbeing, carrying out routine care tasks, administering medication and ensuring her airway remains safe.

Your role is not only to meet her physical and emotional needs but also collaborate with her family, forming part of her extended support network.

**What You’ll Need**
- 3 months’ care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
