Hyde is looking to recruit a Rent & Compliance Officer.

As a Rent & Compliance Officer at Hyde, you will be working within the Service Charge Team to accurately calculate, invoice, and manage rent and ground rents for properties in line with guidelines and legislation. You will provide customers with clear information, resolve disputes, and act as a technical contact for rent-related queries.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage enquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer-focused service.
- Coordinate end-to-end case management process, including customer contact, investigation, and response.
- Calculate, administer, and manage rent and ground rents for Hyde’s properties.
- Assist in preparing annual rent setting and rent budget, ensuring all calculations are appropriately evidenced.
- Ensure the quality of data within relevant IT systems for accurate charging of rents and service charges.
- Collaborate with staff and managers across the organization to effectively address customer queries.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Knowledge of rent, service charge, and ground rent regulations.
- Experience in data management and IT system configuration.
- Proven experience in rent and service charge calculations and management.
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and dispute resolution skills.
