**Position Details**
- Contract: Permanent
- ** Hours: 33.5 hours per week**, with a mixture of day and sleeping nights working alternate weekends.
- ** Pay: £14.51 day rate per hour, £12.24** **for** **sleeping** night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
- ** Contract length: 12 months.**

**Role Highlights**:
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

**About You**
- You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
- You will have previous experience of managing team members.
