A rare opportunity has arisen for an In-House Legal Counsel role at an internationally renowned organisation, the position is aimed at identifying and managing legal risk within commercial contracts.

This role is perfect for an ambitious Solicitor who wants to have influence in the operations of a newly expanding team.

**About the Role**:
The successful Commercial Solicitor will have the opportunity to work within an influential company in a dynamic industry and have an impact on its future.
You will gain from exposure to the following:

- Reviewing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts
- Conducting legal research as required to provide guidance on contract compliance
- Contractual dispute management with multiple stakeholders
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documentation
- Working closely with the technology team to engage with emerging innovative solutions

**About the Commercial Solicitor**:
You will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in Commercial Contracts, either having done so in a in-house position, or having worked at a large international or national Private Practice.
Essential attributes include:

- Exceptional communication skills, in the advising on complex contractual issues
- Embodying the firm's values and representing them commercially
- Analytic expertise that remains strong under pressure
- The ability to develop strong and lasting relationships; and
- Competent organisational and time management skills.
