**The role**
Delta Kn’s healthcare learning services span a wide range of deliverables, from strategic learning guidance and scientific training toolkits to webinar resources and e-learning assets. Our continued success means that we are creating a new opportunity for an entry-level multimedia account executive to join our thriving team. This role will provide exposure to a range of multimedia projects, including virtual events, e-learning, VR/AR, video and animation.
You’ll join a thriving global business, supporting our teams in the UK, USA and Asia, as well as other AMICULUM agencies as required.
**Key responsibilities**
- Developing budgets and proposals for new business
- Effectively managing the activities of internal and external multidisciplinary design and digital production teams
- Providing technical support and project management for webinar deliveries
- Maintaining proactive communications with internal teams, external customers and suppliers
- Ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of projects by developing and maintaining status, tracking and timeline documentation
- Managing project finances including tracking, phasing, forecasting, invoicing and updating finance systems
**What you’ll need**
- A good academic record with an understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and a strong interest in digital communications
- Exceptional organizational skills, thriving when working on multiple projects that require initiative and strict deadline management
- Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating with colleagues both locally and internationally to deliver industry-leading client service
- A passion for the accuracy of your work and an exceptional eye for detail
- An eagerness to learn, ready to receive feedback as part of your development process
- Flexibility with your working pattern to accommodate clients in different time zones, particularly in the USA
