**About The Role**:
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge within a growing organisation that makes a real difference to people's lives? If so, read on.

As an Administrator, you will be providing an effective administrative service for the People Services team.

The People Services team support our colleagues across the company, by providing confidential administration support, whilst ensuring the data we hold is accurate and up to date. The team is often the first port of call responding to and resolving queries, or escalating where necessary. By doing this we enable our colleagues to focus on their job roles. The team also provides administrative support to the Learning and Talent team enabling colleagues to complete their online training, responding to queries and problem solving.

On a day to day basis, you will enter data and manage its quality within our various IT systems, communicating with our colleagues to answer their queries. It is important that you have a keen eye for detail and an understanding of great customer service.

This role is being offered on a fixed term basis, for a period of up to 8 months and a flexible hybrid working style is an option.

To be a successful Administrator you should:

- have excellent communication and administrative skills
- be highly organised and methodical with exceptional attention to detail
- have a flexible attitude
- possess a natural ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure

You may have experience or an interest in the following: People Services, HR, Human Resources, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Assistant, Customer Service or Support Assistant.
