**What does this corker of a job entail?**

The Supply Planning Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring all documentation related to cased goods, bulk wine and spirits is available to all internal departments and also input into SAP where required.

The person hired will be a key day to day contact for the Bulk Logistics Providers, scheduling deliveries and resolving queries. They will work closely with the Production Planning Team to create an achievable delivery plan and highlight any risks at the earliest opportunity.
- Arrange delivery of all cased goods & bulk orders to meet production plans, liaising with both Tank Rooms regarding capacity/receipt.
- Communication with external hauliers to arrange deliveries and resolve any delivery related queries.
- Liaise with the contract pack team regarding delivery of any customer supplied liquids or ingredients.
- Identify and follow up on missing loading dates with wineries ensuring Requested Loading and delivery dates are met.
- Preparing paperwork for the following day’s deliveries and issuing to both tank rooms.
- Creating & maintaining Customs clearance & Shipping information for deliveries on the internal system.
- Maintain KPI and error trap reports
- Liaise with commercial and demand management on bulk related customer service queries/ new product launches.
- Work with planning team to monitor bulk docking dates/ vessel delays and find solutions to any issues this may cause
- Liaising and assisting both Tank Rooms with any queries or problems.
- Weekly creation of Cased Goods, Bulk Wine & Spirit & Ingredients POs along with Production Orders
- Day to day problem solving/ issue resolution for rejected bulk tanks (interaction with Technical/ Wine Buying teams)
- Ensuring ERP system is maintained with most up to date / correct shipping info
- Ensure Freight Rates are correctly maintained within SAP
- Working with Change control team to maintain correct bulk specifications in SAP

**Key Ingredients**
- The job requires excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills along with a high attention to detail.
- Competency in Excel is a must for this role.
- Previous knowledge of SAP would be advantageous as would experience in an FMCG environment and working with Bulk Logistics Providers / Hauliers.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
