Warehouse Supervisor

The Best Connection are looking for a** Warehouse Supervisor **for our prestigious client based in Didcot.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Be the main contact between the warehouse and the operations manager
- Be customer focused and providing solutions to issues raised
- Control inbound and outbound deliveries to site
- Ensure orders are completed and distributed within agreed times
- Ensure delivery queries are dealt with
- Handling stock and heavy lifting
- Reconcile requisitions received into the warehouse against orders picked and dispatched
- Assist the warehouse manager with projects
- Use customer feedback to improve processes

**Shift times**:

- Monday - Thursday 08.00am - 16.30pm
- Friday 08.00am - 16.00pm

**Pay Rate**:

- £12.47 per hour, paid weekly

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have experience as a warehouse operative
- Ability to count accurately
- Ability to complete paperwork and to coach others
- Ability to move products which may require bending, stretching and stooping
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- A current Hyster, Reach Truck or Counter Balance license or experience is desirable but not essential
