From frothing milk in The Vinerys café to serving visitors during pop-up events in the Dutch Barn, Riding School, and even the Castle, variety will be the flavour of your day.

**What Youll Be Doing**:
As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, youll have an exciting mix of responsibilities:

- **Coffee and Drinks Service**: An expert in your field. Crafting exceptional coffee - espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and every pour in between. You will have pace and consistency; able to deliver at speed and to an unrivalled standard.
- **Food Service**: Prepare and serve fresh, locally produced food such as sandwiches, salads, and pastries with care and attention to detail.
- **Event Support**: Be part of the action at unforgettable estate events across a variety of venues, from intimate afternoon teas in the Castle to lively pop-up experiences in the Dutch Barn or Riding School.
- **Customer Engagement**: Sell refreshments, tickets, and retail goods, ensuring every visitor benefits from your expansive knowledge of Raby.
- **Warm and genuine service**: Serve guests efficiently and maintain a consistent ambiance, especially at peak times, handling requests with friendliness and professionalism.
- **Takeaway Kiosk Operations**: Provide superb service to visitors stopping by for quick snacks and refreshments, dealing quickly with large queues at busy times.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and a safe, welcoming atmosphere in all areas.
- **Versatility is Key**: Whether its welcoming visitors in the café, handling queues during peak times, or assisting at exclusive events, your flexibility will ensure service is never compromised.
