Lecturer in Public Services/Criminology - Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in the Uniformed Public Services and Criminology sector.
- Develop and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment strategies to ensure students achieve their fullest potential.
- Contribute to students' holistic development, addressing their academic and pastoral needs.
- Collaborate with local employers and engage in community programs to enhance the curriculum and student experience.

Your success will be measured by key performance indicators such as retention rates, attendance, success rates, grades, and value added.

Lecturer in Public Services/Criminology - You:

- Hold a relevant degree in Uniformed Public Services/Criminology or have equivalent professional experience in the field.
- Have a proven track record of teaching BTEC, A Level, or HE Public Services/Criminology qualifications, or possess substantial mentoring/coaching experience.
- Possess a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards obtaining one.
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic and engaging teaching style that motivates students and supports their academic and personal growth.
