**Role Purpose**
We’re looking for an efficient and enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to provide vital support to our Central Services Team. This is a key role at the heart of our organisation, helping us operate smoothly and continue delivering outstanding services to foster families and children.
**Key Responsibilities**
- System Administration: Adding new families to our systems, managing deregistrations, and updating contact lists.
- Foster Parent Support: Administering our reward scheme and ensuring families receive key communications.
- Travel & Meetings: Booking travel and organising internal and external meetings with attention to detail.
- ID & Onboarding: Creating staff and foster parent ID cards and managing new starter/leaver processes.
- Health & Safety Admin: Supporting office safety through regular checks and DSE assessments.
- General Administration: Supporting daily operations and ensuring accurate record-keeping across systems including Charms and internal drives.

- Strong IT proficiency (especially Microsoft Office)
