Multi Trader

Nuco Solutions require a skilled Multi Trader for their client with a contract based in Charlton.

Duties include performing day to day maintenance on social housing properties within the Charlton area such as Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering, painting and decorating, minor tiling and more.

Company Van and Fuel Card provided - Dart Charge will be covered and paid for if needed.

MUST have social housing maintenance experience and Full UK Drivers License.

£23 / £24 per hour - temp to perm - £39,000 perm
