The COMPANY
Mana Resourcing is a very well-established recruitment consultancy who have grown steadily since 2002. This has been achieved by employing a team of experienced consultants who are empowered to recruit, rewarding them with a generous and realistic commissionstructure.
The ROLE
As a recruitment consultant at Mana you will be responsible for managing an existing set of accounts and developing others within an agreed designated vertical market - assisted in this by a considerable advertising spend, access to all the major job boards,outsourced resourcing, and an unusually supportive team atmosphere.
- Develop an existing client base.
- Acquire new businesses.
- Secure new vacancies.
- Write quality job specifications.
- Advertise roles.
- Arrange interview, follow-ups etc.
- Maintain information on database.
- Achieve realistic targets and KPIs.
- Earn great levels of commission
The CANDIDATE
We are looking for Recruitment Consultants with the following experience:

- Permanent recruitment experience.
- Track record in business development successfully increasing client base.
- Strong account management skills
- Good negotiation skills.
- A desire to succeed and earn some serious money
