**If you're a multi-talented person with energy and ambition, then you could be our next Sales Consultant.** We're a well-established and growing business which specialises in residential sales, and we pride ourselves on being different from other businesses in our sector. We offer a great package, including on-target first year earnings of £25-30k, company mobile, and a car allowance. Career progression and accordingly increased earnings are on the horizon for the right person.

**Key Tasks**:

- Generating sales valuation leads.
- Conducting viewings and securing offers.
- Liaising with solicitors and other agents to ensure optimum sales progression.
- Achieving agreed targets for commission banked.
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service for buyers and sellers.
- Marketing and presenting properties to the highest standard, including write-ups, photography and 3D virtual tours.

**Essential**:

- Demonstrable residential sales experience of at least one year.
- Target-driven with a will to exceed expectations.
- Good at dealing with a diverse range of people.
- Technically capable and embracing of software.
- Positive demeanour and receptive to change.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Familiar with Newport and surrounding areas.

**Desirable**:

- NAEA Propertymark Level 3 qualified.
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator.
