- Provide outstanding support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or additional needs
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management with an excellent attention to detail
- Supporting full participation in community activities and social events
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Patience and understanding in dealing with challenging behaviors
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle crisis situations calmly
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
- Willngness to develop personal learning and development through various

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- UK Driving licence is advantageous

We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and cover the wider North East areas. We currently provide homecare for North Tyneside & Northumberland Local Authority and have on-going contracts that require staff.
