We are currently looking for exceptional and talented Conflict Resolution Instructors to join our Forensic Hospital in Doncaster.

**The job role includes**:

- Supporting and assisting the Violence and Aggression Team in the implementation of violence and aggression risk management and reduction.
- Providing PMVA training, instruction, and education to all staff at Cheswold Park Hospital, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery.
- Supporting learners to understand the relevant theories, legislation and guidance that ensures safe and effective practice.
- Providing specialist knowledge, assistance, and expertise to learners by implementing evidence based PMVA training, practical advice and support.
- Delivering Restraint Reduction Network and BILD approved PowerPoint training and Physical Interventions approved for use at Cheswold Park Hospital.

**To be considered for the following opportunity you must**:

- Have been continuously employed in a support or care role within social care, education or healthcare environment for a minimum of 2 years. (Essential).
- Relevant experience of managing violence and aggression. (Essential).
- Excellent team player, strong planning and organizational skills. (Essential).
- Awareness of best practice in prevention and management of violence and aggression. (Essential).
- Have experience of delivery or co-delivery of group training or teaching. (Desirable)
- Awareness of national guidance relating to violence and aggression management in healthcare settings. (Desirable)

The role can be physically demanding and as part of the role you must be willing and able to undertake training in physical interventions.
