**A.P Broome Landscapes Ltd** is a successful, growing commercial grounds maintenance company with a Head Office in Preston, Lancashire. The company has been established over 50 years and holds multi-million-pound contracts covering the whole of the UK.

We are currently looking to recruit a** Grounds Maintenance Operatives** to carry out work from their main depot in Preston, Lancashire.

**Salary: Competitive dependant on skills and experience, with regular reviews based on performance, opportunities for progression.**
**Working in small teams with autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity for progression we provide our Grounds Maintenance Operative** **with**:

**Grounds Maintenance Operative responsibilities and duties**:
This job role will entail carrying out routine ground’s maintenance of various sites across the company’s portfolio.

You will be working as part of a two-man operations team supported by our dedicated contract team.

Our ideal Grounds Maintenance Operative will have the following qualifications and skills:
**Essential**:

- Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence

**Desirable**:

- PA1 / PA6 spraying licence
- Grounds Maintenance certifications
- NPTC units CS30, CS31
