Driver / Crew with 7.5t C1e Driving Licence - Film & Tv Industry

We are looking for wonderful people who have a range of skills for a job that is unlike others. You need to be a truly positive person to be the face of our business while delivering and installing a wide range of hire equipment to our lovely customers. You will be loading, driving & unloading the equipment yourself in a wide variety of locations from Mines to car parks to old warehouses and even tower blocks, in fact anywhere that people want to film at, we go to.
**Duties**
- Operate a 7.5 tonne Beavertail vehicle for the delivery of equipment to various locations, often using a winch to get the equipment on and off.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Load and unload equipment, ensuring they are secured properly for transport.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered on site.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while driving.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays.
- Install / set up & De-rgg equipment on site in line with the training provided, always ensuring the customer receives the best customer service at all times.
**Skills**
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for 7.5 tonne & trailer (C1E)
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
We have two positions available on different working patterns:
Shifts are 8.5hrs between 5am and midnight
Overtime is available out of shift hours and weekend work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,500.00 per year
