A privately owned pub is seeking a **Head Chef** to take on this role and ensure that current high standards and reputation are retained. The kitchen of the property has a team of six chefs who you will lead ensuring punctual, quality service.The food is made with fresh ingredients that are sourced locally where possible. As well as traditional pub classics the menus offer sharing platters, grills and pizzas which are all freshly made on site. Alongside the menu planning and staff training youwill be responsible for all the ordering, paperwork and GP.

**Requirements**:
A Head Chef who can show longevity working in a similar fresh food pub environment where you were cooking all dishes from scratch using high quality, fresh ingredients. The role needs a strong team leader who has a mature approach to training in the kitchenin order to get the best out of your team. All chefs should be fully aware of current hygiene legislation with experience of training others in this area and ensuring it is followed at all times.
