Handyman/woman

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Overtime and weekend work available
- Collaborative work with Head Office scheduling team to follow planned works and provide detailed reports
- Painting & Decorating - post tenancy works
- Basic domestic maintenance
- Reactive maintenance
- Basic electrical work
- Basic plumbing
- Carpentry
- Boiler repairs (Highly desired)
- Experience with HIUs is desirable
- Carpet fitting is desirable but not essential
- Furniture moves and removals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as maintenance person or similar role
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and audio-visual systems
- Knowledge of residential maintenance activities and methods
- Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC systems and their various components
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Good physical condition with a willingness to work outdoors in all seasons

**Job Type**: Full time (40 hours per week)

**Salary**: £12 per hour
