We’re looking for a Junior Digital Content Producer to join our Creative Production team. You'll film, edit, and create content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, while also proactively identifying online opportunities to capitalize on emerging trends. You’ll work alongside team members ensuring each piece is commercially successful and meets our high-quality standards.

**Who Will You Report To?**

Hi I’m Harrie, Lead Digital Content Producer at PetLab Co. In this role, you’ll be collaborating closely with key team members responsible for driving content initiatives. You will support various in-house and external shoots while helping increase the volume and quality of digital assets. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in video production and content creation, working on engaging campaigns and creative projects.

**What Will You Do?**

As a Junior Digital Content Producer, you will:

- Assist on Shoots: Work on both in-house and external shoots, contributing to pre-production, filming, and post-production.
- Content Creation: Help generate innovative content for hooks and backend material that drives engagement across our platforms.
- Video Editing: Edit and produce video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, delivering polished final products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Production team to brainstorm new ideas, ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative goals.
- Basic Lighting and Camera Knowledge: Assist with setting up basic lighting and managing camera operations on shoots.
- Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas and inspiration for new content formats and viral potential.

**How Will Your Time Be Spent?**
- 40% on Post Production: Editing video content to a high standard using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- 20% on Creative Optimisation: Work closely with Media Buyers to optimize creative based on the data
- 20% on Shoots: Assisting on in-house and external shoots, setting up equipment, and supporting filming.
- 20% on Content Ideation: Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for engaging content.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ Years of Experience in Content Production: Familiarity with social media content creation, particularly for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Video Production Skills: Basic experience working with cameras and setting up lighting for shoots.
- Editing Software Proficiency: Strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop for post-production.
- Team-Oriented: Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members.
- Creative Thinking: Passion for bringing new ideas to the table and experimenting with content formats that engage audiences.
- Systems-Oriented - Strong organizational skills and with a knack for creating order out of chaos with highly organized systems that deliver sustained success
- Willingness to Travel: Available to travel to various shoots and the office when needed.
