**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Pensions Officer to join our team. The role of a Pensions Officer is to provide administrative support to our Clients and Pensions funds in line with our service level agreements.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Service Delivery**:
- Collaborate with clients over matters relating to pension queries and updates.
- Develop positive working relationships with the aim of continuously improving service delivery.
- Collection and collation of authorised data from the client relating to pension data.
- Input of pensions data via electronic upload and manual input and issue to clients or pension funds.
- Calculation and processing of all statutory information relating to clients’ members of staff relating to pensions.
- Ensure the company and clients Data Protection requirements are met at all times.
- Check all complicated calculations provided to clients and pension funds to avoid error.
- Produce pension reports/schedules for clients and pension funds.
- Assist schools in understanding the quality of data instruction required by Strictly Education to ensure that a high-quality service output is achieved.
**Administration**:
- Provide data to enable invoices to be raised for the fees charged for the pensions service.
- Follow processing documentation calculations and procedures.
- Ensure online filing is kept up to date.
**Communication**:
- Maintain regular communication with all designated clients and pension funds.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team at all times.
- Ensure all issues and queries are dealt with within the expected SLA timescales.
- Conduct monthly service reviews with key clients
You strive to deliver great customer service and enjoy talking to people and building long-term relationships. You should have strong written communication skills, English and Maths to at least GCSE level and able to use all Microsoft packages to a good level.
