Key responsibilities include:
- Entering key data on a daily basis
- Collecting and monitoring bank transactions
- Tracking debits and maintaining the financial records
- Paying invoices
- Completing the staff payroll
- Filing tax returns
- Maintaining office supplies
- Cash flow statements and bank reconciliations
**Profile**
- Have excellent attention-to-detail
- Be efficient and organised in bookkeping software
- Take initiative and ensures they regularly meet deadlines
- Be trustworthy and honest
- Can effectively deal with confidential information
