**Salary**: £25,000 - £40,000+ Uncapped commission.
We are looking for exception graduates who are the MOST ambitious, driven and money motivated. You will be joining an industry leading recruitment consultancy firm that has an established name in the market for excellence within Financial Services recruitment.
Due to exceptional growth we are looking for 8 quality graduates to join my client’s graduate scheme. These are all entry level roles; you do not need previous recruitment consultancy experience; however the standard for the graduate scheme is HIGH. Youwill need to have excellent academics and be able to prove you have the drive and ambition to succeed in a high pressure role.
You will be given all the training and development you need to grow from a fresh graduate into a top billing recruitment consultant.
Recruitment is fast You should reach Management level within three years and the potential to reach Director level within five years.
**Role**:
You will be responsible for sourcing new clients via methods such head-hunting, networking, advertising and using the company’s database.
**Recruitment is a direct sales role You will need to SELL SELL SELL to hit your targets but the rewards are inevitable.**
**Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant requirements**:
- You need to show that you are ambitious, competitive, driven, money motivated and hard working; you should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of recruitment.
