A respected city based financial services client are seeking to hire a Workday HRIS Operations Manager for a newly created opportunity.
You will be responsible for maximising the potential of their Workday HRIS solution delivering a first class HR information and reporting service to all internal stakeholders whilst managing the HR operations team.
Day to day you will be responsible for;
- The configuration and implementation of Workday process improvements.
- Drive HR operational efficiencies.
- Manage all HR reporting activities, plus board reporting.
- Workday headcount reporting.
- Management, training and development of the HR Operations team.
- HRIS relationship management
The successful applicant will have strong in-depth experience of Workday HRIS, (knowledge of Advanced Comp desired) with an HR Ops / HRSS supervisory background.
