Croston Plumbing & Heating and Designer Radiator Showroom are seeking a Sales Consultant to add to our growing team for four week days 9-5pm and alternate Saturdays 9-2pm. Our new team member will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with clients, assisting with the day to day running of the business where needed and expanding our Boiler Care Plan service.
About CPH & DRS
Croston Plumbing & Heating is a well-established, family run plumbing and heating company, serving Preston, Wigan, Southport and the surrounding areas. We undertake large bathroom renovations, commercial and domestic plumbing and heating and underfloor heating projects.
Designer Radiator Showroom is a large showroom of Designer Radiator products based in Eccleston Chorley with an e-commerce site supplying products nationally. We supply designer radiator products to local customers and nationwide via our website.
The Role

**Responsibilities**:

- B2B Sales Calls - expanding the business and creating new partnerships with new clients.
- Credit Control - calling overdue customers to take payment.
- Boiler Care Plans - advertising our Care Plan service to existing customers and aiding in setting up new contracts.
- Office Assistance - answering the telephone as needed, booking in jobs and taking messages for the team.
- Data Input - on occasion, we may require assistance with inputting information into the e-commerce site.

Experience
Training
Full training on our admin requirements, our Tradify booking system and use of the telephones, payment terminal and other administrative tools will be supplied.
Training and instruction will be supplied for Sales calls, Boiler Care Plans and the services both arms of the business offer.
Showroom training will be supplied. This will include product knowledge, customer relations, handling enquiries and visitors and sales.
Credit Control duties will be explained in full.
Use of the e-commerce site and all data entry will be trained as required.
Renumeration & Benefits

**Salary**: £12.50/hr
Commission: 10% commission on profit of all sales generated from new trade accounts. 10% commission on all new Boiler Care Plans sold.
Holidays: 4 weeks per calendar year, pro-rata - **check if this is accurate**

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32.5 per week
