**Salary**:c£35,000 - £40,000

Are you used to managing 20/25 cases and just love this work?

If so, read on..

I have a short-term position starting immediately and the role is to support the People Director and manage their ER cases.

There is a permanent position here and you’ll have every opportunity to throw your hat into the ring if this role is for you, initially however this role is up until Christmas / possibly first week in January.

As this is short term role, it will be office based - Stourbridge, Halesowen, Dudley, Quinton, Edgbaston areas are all very commutable

On a day-to-day basis as a HR Advisor you will --Develop relationships with line managers
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures - help them become stronger managers.
- Manage a high number of cases ranging from first line to complex cases to tribunal level. These could be around - disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance
- Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
