- **How will you make an impact?**-
- Reporting to the Commercial Director
- Milk and Trading, you’ll support with the coordinator of orders and other administrative tasks within the Export function.-
- **Some of your key responsibilities will include;**-
- Strict adherence to the Exports Documentation Process Flow requirements and timescales
- Ensuring order compliance in line with the relevant regulatory bodies
- Ensuring aligned ways of working with global stakeholders to enable On Time In Full (OTIF) deliveries
- Acting as the order contact for international & local markets and providing status updates
- Direct sales order processing, aiming at meeting and or/exceeding service level targets
- Cooperating with markets to understand end market compliance and regulatory requirements- **What will make you successful**- We’re looking for an individual with strong business administration expertise combined with proven experience in managing export documentation and order processing.-
- A process-driven and analytical mindset, paired with a proactive and flexible approach, will be essential. You should demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management skills.- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, is required, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.-
