As a **Trainee Service Advisor** working with Advance Vauxhall, you will be providing assistance to the Service department and promote a positive company image at all times. Whilst completing full training to qualify as a Service Advisor.

**The Trainee Service Advisor Role**:

- To meet & greet your Vauxhall customers, & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.
- To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
- To be experienced in up-selling VHC, Vauxhall products & Service Plans, objection handling and record sales activity
- To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles.
- To process warranty claims to the manufacturer.
- Answer customer’s questions regarding technical problems in a manner that is easily understood and does not use excessive jargon, or find the appropriate member of staff to do so

**What We Are Looking For in a Trainee Service Advisor**:

- You will have relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Automotive industry is not required, but desirable
- Basic mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maths and English GCSE, grade A*-C, or equivalent
- You need to hold a **full UK driving licence.**

**OTE Salary £24,000 - £28,000pa including performance based bonus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
