You will:

- Have a number of years’ experience within a parts aftermarket environment
- Provide first-class customer service by responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
- Possess excellent IT skills
- knowledge of Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs)
- Have good commercial aptitude for closing the sale and maximising margins

It is envisaged you will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Excellent automotive parts knowledge
- A great communicator
- A Customer Service champion
- High levels of literacy and numeracy
- A team player
- Embracing change and being willing to learn new skills
