T-T Pumps Ltd, one of the UK’s market leading companies in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of pumping equipment, is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their Service team.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Responsible for planning, scheduling and co-ordinating our external teams nationally
- Planning of scheduled visits and accommodating reactive requests
- Responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is expected at all times
- Communication is key in this role keeping the client, management team and engineers informed
- Strong commercial and geography knowledge to maximise engineering teams efforts
- Maintain engineering teams diary
- Liaise with external engineering teams and internal colleagues to mitigate potential issues
- Maintain company procedures and improve where possible
**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Based at our head office (CW3 9RU)
**ANY OTHER DUTIES NECESSARY**:
- Be flexible to the requirements of the business
- Observe and maintain the company’s Health & Safety Policy and Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties that may be required from time to time
