We are looking for a Meter Asset Administrator to be part of our newly formed dynamic, fast-paced Business Administration Team. The main responsibilities of the role are to ensure that Leep Utilities efficiently manages the associated data, live meter assets and construction and operational stock holdings in line with our business requirements & regulatory obligations. This role will also support the Metering Strategy manager provide a metering portfolio performance report in order to demonstrate the current integrity of the meter assets provide a portfolio against a set of defined key performance indicators (KPI’s).

This opportunity will enable you to effectively manage stockholdings, maintain a working database and be part of team that is setting up a new Asset Management Platform for which this role would be the administration point of contact for the Leep Utilities metering portfolio. This will help in your building your understanding of the wider Leep business, whilst building close working relationships with key teams and stakeholders.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing meter stock requests, orders and associated documentation
- Administration & reconciliation of all meter stock location & levels for both construction and operational needs
- Adding new records of confirmed plot to postal addresses for new development into the database
- Processing connection information, resolving ad-hoc queries
- Cleansing data and improving system integrity.
- Supporting the compilation of the monthly metering asset portfolio report
- Influencing efficient data transactions from clients and back through the business
- Support & cover other Operational Business Administration roles as agreed Business Administration Supervisor

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Previous business administration experience
- Excellent organisational, analytical and numerical skills
- Computer literate, experience of Microsoft Office Packages and SharePoint administration
- Be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt with changing deadlines
- Proactively builds on-going relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Detail focused and confident in solving complex problems
