**What you’ll be doing**
We have a new opening, requiring a focused and versatile Revenue Assurance Agent to join our exciting and newly devised team within our customer excellence programme. This team had been created to provide a level of control, understanding and assurance around our revenue numbers and the outputs of our processes.
Working within our team, within a fast-paced environment, you the Revenue Assurance Agent will be assisting in ensuring the that our customers are charged correctly and fairly, and that revenue is maximised and opportunities to recover lost revenue are identified and actioned.
For this position you and the Revenue Assurance Agent will be accountable for:
- Performing desktops analysis, ensuring that our property base is up to date, preventing properties becoming empty unnecessarily
- Carrying out checks to ensuring all bills produced are accurate and assisting with the successful completion of annual billing projects
- Providing assurance around manual adjustment calculations making sure they are in-line with policy and sign off procedures
- Maintaining customer accounts, highlighting any areas of billing errors and opportunities to increase revenue
- Providing case management handling for customer enquiries
**What you should bring to the role**
The most important skills are;
- Reliable, proactive, independent, confident, adaptable and thrive in taking accountability to get things done
- Ability to use IT specifically MS office, with a high attention to detail and good literacy and numeracy skills. SAP will be an advantage but not essential
- Great customer service skills by being at ease talking to customers on the phone and the ability to listen to their needs
- Understand how to prioritise your work and know when things need to be escalated and work in a face paced environment

This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience and suitability to the role. There is also a competitive pension scheme and other wider benefits included within the package.
