Qhse Advisor

**What You Need to Know**:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic QHSE Advisor to join our Measurement team in Cumbernauld. This is a new role so we're seeking someone who will relish the challenge of taking the Proserv QHSE fundamentals and embedding them into our business. There will be more of a focus on quality for this role, ensuring our processes are on point and that the products we deliver are compliant and reflective of the service we provide.

**Some of the Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the site leader to establish a local QHSE strategy
- Ensure the content delivered is robust, effective and adhered to
- Provide guidance for establishing processes
- Demonstrate understanding and identification of risks, carry out risk mitigation
- Report against targets and objectives for the site
- Undertake, document and feedback results from audits
- Manage non-conformances ensuring effective root cause analysis where needed and corrective actions implemented
- Assist with management system reviews
- Take part in process generation and review meetings.
- Demonstrate leadership to influence the behaviour of others
- Measure and implement learning of cost of poor quality and right first time data
- Influence, explain and adapt to the current safety culture

**Who We're Looking For**
- Someone who is degree qualified or has significant relevant experience, someone who is happy to write and interpret reports and who is happy to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the business. If you have experience in leading training sessions, have internal auditor training or hold a NEBOSH diploma this would be an advantage.
