**The Role**
As a 3D Designer / Creative Technologist, you will produce outstanding 3D design solutions from sketch concepts through to finished photorealistic renders for retail displays and innovative marketing collateral.
Assisting in the production of real-time projects, you will complete modelling, texturing, shaders, lighting, asset optimisation and PBR workflows for use on a variety of platforms.
You will have the chance to research, and experiment with, new products and technologies to identify creative and innovative solutions for our clients.
Additionally, you will manage several projects simultaneously in an organised and timely manner.
**About You**
To be considered as a 3D Designer / Creative Technologist, you will need:

- A strong technical grounding in both offline 3D and real-time workflows including modelling, texturing, shaders, lighting, asset optimisation and PBR workflows
- Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max and Vray 5
- Good knowledge of complimentary and industry-standard software such as Substance apps, Adobe CC apps and Unity
- A great interest in the technical aspects of designing for real-time
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities as well as a flexible approach
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- A great eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday with occasional evening work.
Other organisations may call this role Creative Designer, Digital 3D Designer, Design Technologist, Product Designer, or Graphic Designer.
