**About the Role**

The role is all about great and consistent customer service delivery for the people who live with us and those who visit Harcourt Gardens, serving delicious food and hot and cold drinks, whilst maintaining the highest level of food safety in a tasteful and homely environment. We at Harcourt Gardens believe that within our 5 star beautiful setting where person centred approach is everything, the quality of life can be improved further with simple pleasures of delicious food and drinks served with individuals’ needs and preferences in mind and communicating with them to ensure they're catered for in the way they prefer.

**About You**

Care home or kitchen experience is not essential for this role as we will offer full, dynamic training. The skills we’re looking for include:

- Kind and caring with passion for people always maintaining the highest customer care standards
- Listening and great at making conversation with people from all walks of life.
- Team player who works really well with others.
- By achieving this, you will contribute to the delivery of our mission
