**Parts Team Leader**

Reporting directly in to the Sales Support Leader, the Parts Team Leader will lead their team in achievement of their targets, ensuring they deliver a profitable first-class service to both our in-store customers and trade.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Taking full responsibility for all aspects of sales, margin and customer service performance within the internal sales team, promoting a transparent customer focused attitude within the team
- Daily management of core sales objectives of the tele-sales team, working with the team and sales support leader to maximise group penetration
- Training and development of the team, utilising the cataloguing and Pinnacle systems
- Communicating the route to achievement of both branch and company goals to your team, through regular team and individual meetings

**Required skills & experience**:

- You’ll have strong leadership skills, constantly motivating the team to reach sales and margin growth targets
- You’ll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflict efficiently
- You’ll have the ability to create new ideas to improve sales, with high levels of energy and drive
- You will be able to use your own initiative, and excel in a performance related environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
