Customer Sales Advisor

We are expanding and increasing our sales force.

You will be dealing with our customers face to face and on the phone assisting them in choosing the Fire, Fireplace or stove that is suitable for them. Most of our sales are big ticket items so treating the customer well is very important.

You will also be delivering fireplaces including loading and unloading them and assisting with deliveries as well as assisting in changing Shop fireplace displays.

You will need a Drivers License, and a willingness to learn. You will also need basic computer skills and handwriting that can be read by your colleagues and a good telephone manner

There will be a lot to learn, but full on the job training will be given to equip you with the knowledge required. All our staff are friendly and willing to help each other and we work as a team in a friendly environment.

Saturday working is required, as well as smart appearance, Partial Uniform will be provided.

We pride ourselves in our customer service.

We at Trafford Fireplaces are a well established business with over 40 years of trading. We have built up an enviable reputation for quality and good customer relations.

We work with our customers to find them the fireplace they will be happy with and that is suitable for their circumstances.

Hours of work 9am to 5pm 5 days a week this will include Saturdays with a day off through the week.

**Salary**: From £22,880.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle, CA1 2EL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
