Lead Coach LC - 19+ Trained at Lead Coach Level

1. Independent coach of upto 12 children

2. Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels of Gymnastics Skills

3. Welcoming and registering children on arrival

4. Ensuring equipment is safe and ready to use

5. Overseeing the class structure, Junior Coaches and Coaches

6. Group allocation and group adapting to ensure children are in the correct developmental stage

7. Responsible for ensuring Safeguarding procedures are adhered to

8. Responsible for administering First Aid

9. Communicating with Area Head of Coaching

10. Overall Management of the classes

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 1 - 10 per week

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
