Residential Property Lawyer

A vibrant and growing law firm are recruiting for an experienced residential property lawyer to join their team in Haslemere or Crowthorne. The firm have just opened a new office (making a total of three) and are wishing to expand their residential propertyteam in either area. Whilst boutique, the firm are particularly busy and deal with high value files, giving rise to a vacancy. The firm are proud of the family atmosphere in the offices and are frequently involved in charity work, such as the Community MattersPartnership Project. The role will see you involved in all stages of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion with excellent back end support and so experience in all areas is required. The role allows for hybrid working and flexibility.As an experienced member of the team, you may be required to aid in the business development and training of junior members of the team. To be successful, you will: - Be a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least four yearsof post qualified experience (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply). - Have experience in running a caseload independently, enjoy networking and business development. - Have experience dealing with a heavy caseload of high-value files.This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm who champion flexibility and a positive work-life balance.
