**Head of Finance Systems**:
Hybrid working available

As G.Network moves to the next phase of being an established market player within the broadband arena, we are looking for several key hires within our central Finance function to allow us and our teams to provide the best services we can to Central Londoners.

The Head of Finance Systems will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of effective Finance systems and data, as well as the governance, improvement, and management of these systems to deliver key business processes and ultimately, support with decision making.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead on the Finance systems strategy and develop a road map for all finance systems and their interactions with other business systems.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance and Technology, and act as the representative and SME, on behalf of the CFO.
- Lead on the configuration and development of finance systems.
- Have accountability for the design, development and management of system controls and provide a consistent and trusted reporting structure.
- Manage the maintenance of reports, including development of new reports and creation of dashboards.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the effective and efficient day to day operation of the finance systems.
- Advocate change and deliver continuous improvement across the business.

**Skills, experience and qualifications (required)**:

- Extensive experience of managing and motivating in-house teams and/or external resource.
- Maintaining, managing, or developing financial systems; including planning, controlling workload and monitoring outputs.
- Experience of working in a company or organisation with complex Financial, Management and Regulatory Accounting requirements.
- Proven ability to develop business reporting including delivering dashboards and bespoke reports.
- Proven ability to influence companywide strategies and policies.

**Skills, experience and qualifications (preferred)**:

- Experience within the ISP/telecoms sector.
