**DISPATCH OPERATIVE / SALISBURY / TEMPORARY 6 MONTH ROLE**
We have two exciting new **Dispatch Operative**roles within a rapidly growing global business.

Castles Technology are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as**Dispatch Operative** in Salisbury, this role is fully office based.

This role is office based, however flexible working patterns will be considered dependent on business needs.

- This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, **temporary six month role**, based in Salisbury.

**Key Responsibilities of the Dispatch Operative**:

- Process all requests in accordance with the service level agreements, keeping the Senior Dispatch Clerk informed of any issues, which may affect performance.
- Understand and check that the product software and associated documentation is correct to enable quality checks to be made prior to dispatch.
- Load terminals with correct software and configuration.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained when lifting and carrying terminals and boxes.
- Work as a flexible team member ensuring that all actions taken are clearly documented and handovers take place where necessary.
- To be multi skilled to enhance flexibility and team building

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Maths and English GCSE/O-Level
- Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
- Strong ability to organise and carry out tasks and processes accurately for self and in co-ordination with other team members.
- Highly flexible and agile; able to prioritise and meeting demanding deadlines
- Proven ability to work and coordinate activities in a transparent manner

Able to work equally well in a directed or self-directed environment.
