**Job overview**:
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
**Main duties of the job**:
You will assist us with the maintenance of the People Information Systems, by providing support in maintaining the accuracy of the Rostering & Time & Attendance Systems by inputting and updating information as appropriate.
You will also act as first line support for users by assisting in the day to day running of the People Information & Systems Helpdesk. In addition you will also play a key part in processing administrative tasks and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications, in particular Word and Excel and also have experience in the use of databases or job specific People Information Systems. You will have previous experience of working within an administrative environment and will have a high degree of attention to detail. You will be highly organised, efficient and will have excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to deal with difficult situations and have effective problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
